In December 2019, the Alpine Motel Apartments in downtown Las Vegas suffered a tragic fire, resulting in the loss of six lives and displacing many residents. This event underscored the need for improved safety and revitalization in the area.
Brandise Construction took on the task of transforming the damaged property into Dlux Lofts, a key project in the redevelopment of downtown Las Vegas. Enduring over 60 inspections, Our team focused on rebuilding the space to meet high standards of safety, comfort, and modern living.
Dlux Lofts now exemplifies resilience and innovation, featuring modern amenities, enhanced safety systems, and a sleek, contemporary design. This transformation highlights our dedication to revitalizing communities and creating thriving living spaces.

“Everything is done in a simple minimalist style which adds that upscale luxury feel. On paper the square footage of the units seems small, which it is, but somehow the actual units seemed to be spacious enough for a person to make a very nice small apartment home. The kitchen & bathroom were very well finished & the bathroom was well done in my opinion. I look forward to becoming a resident of Dlux lofts.”
