Zenith K9 Resort

Brandise Construction is proud to have partnered with Zenith k9 Resort to create a state-of-the-art dog hotel and training facility. This project was designed to provide a luxurious and functional environment where dogs can relax, play, and train in comfort and safety.
The project included interior painting, giving the facility a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Key updates such as mold removal and restoration, floor leveling, and plumbing upgrades ensured the space met high standards of safety and functionality.
To enhance the facility’s specialized purpose, we added features such as custom dog gate assembly and installation, epoxy flooring for durability and easy cleaning, and an exterior dog run for outdoor activities. Additionally, code compliance improvements were implemented to meet local regulations.
Zenith k9 Resort is now a fully equipped destination where dogs can enjoy luxury, comfort, and expert training in a well-designed environment.
