Brandise Construction is expanding PFC Loadout’s existing space at Sunset Landing with a Phase II Tenant Improvement. This project adds modern office areas featuring glass walls, new framing and drywall, a fresh coat of paint, upgraded flooring, improved lighting, extended fire sprinklers, and enhanced heating and cooling systems. The result will be a functional, comfortable, and professional workspace tailored to PFC Loadout’s needs.
