Building Momentum in 2025

Brandise Construction’s New Year’s Resolutions

As we step into 2025, Brandise Construction is excited to share the goals that will shape our path in the year ahead. These resolutions aren’t just corporate ambitions—they’re driven by the ideas, aspirations, and dedication of our incredible team. Each reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and strengthening the connections we’ve built over decades. Here’s what we’re aiming to accomplish in 2025…

1. Expanding Our Portfolio

This year, we are focusing on diversifying our portfolio by taking on more ground-up construction projects while continuing to excel in tenant improvements. We’re eager to expand into larger-scale developments across industries, showcasing the versatility and expertise of our team.

To kick off the year, we’re excited to highlight two significant ground-up projects already in progress:

  • Technique at Jones and Ponderosa

    • An in-house development, this medical office campus will consist of three ±8,100-square-foot buildings designed to meet the needs of modern healthcare providers.

  • Panelized Structures Office and Warehouse

    • A new ±15,000-square-foot office and warehouse space that highlights our ability to deliver large-scale industrial solutions tailored to client needs.

I’ve watched Brandise grow from a comfortably established family business to a company being shaped and molded into something greater, even after 58 years. As we continue to grow, I’d love to see us take on a project that’s four stories or higher. It would be a significant milestone and a testament to our team’s expertise and capability. I know we’re ready to make it happen!
— Curtis Schmidtberger, Director of Construction

2. Enhancing User Experience

At Brandise Construction, delivering exceptional service is paramount. Over the past year, we’ve introduced a few innovative tools to enhance our clients’ experience, including:

  • Quick Quote Tool: A streamlined system that provides clients with a standardized method for submitting bid requests, ensuring all critical details are captured, eliminating guesswork from the process.

  • Secure Client Portal: A customized, secure platform where clients can easily access and review estimates, as well as share them seamlessly with key stakeholders.

These advancements have set a strong foundation for our COMMITMENT to client-centered service, but we’re not stopping there. In 2025, we’re dedicated to refining and improving these tools, ensuring they remain efficient, user-friendly, and adaptable to your needs.

Additionally, we are developing a new estimating tool that we believe will allow us to provide same-day estimates for certain project types. This initiative is designed with brokers and property managers in mind, helping them close deals and move projects along faster. While we’re still in the early stages, we’re confident this tool will enhance the pre-construction process and deliver real value to our clients.

Watching my family’s company grow fills me with immense pride, but it also pushes me to continually innovate. Since estimating is a big part of my role, I’ve been focused on creating a tool that will significantly enhance our team’s productivity. My ultimate goal is to deliver same-day estimates, which will be a game-changer for our clients and a testament to how we’re always working to serve them better.
— Lucas Brandise, Vice President & Estimator

3. Strengthening Community Ties

At Brandise Construction, giving back has not traditionally been a significant part of our focus—but in 2025, we’re striving to change that. This Year, we are committed to strengthening our ties with the community in new and meaningful ways.

We’ve renewed our membership with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, reinforcing our support for local businesses and economic growth. Additionally, we plan to take an active role in more charity events throughout the year. These initiatives go beyond simply giving back—they’re about fostering meaningful relationships, creating a positive impact, and supporting the well-being of the communities we are proud to have physically built over the years.

As part of these efforts, we’re donating to help our neighbors in California who have been affected by the devastating wildfires. We hope this contribution will assist in recovery and rebuilding for the communities impacted by this tragedy.

Since joining Brandise, I’ve felt like I’ve been given a second family. The care and support I’ve experienced here are truly special, and I want others to feel that same connection. By actively engaging in charity events and giving back, we can share that care and build lasting relationships within our community.
— Kelly Geib, Controller

Our aspirations for 2025 reflect the creativity, dedication, and drive of our team, as well as our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and giving back. With 58 years of history as our foundation and a promising future ahead, Brandise Construction is poised to make 2025 a year of growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
